This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional service. The focus is on quality customer interactions, not high call volume.

Responsibilities: Assist members with questions regarding their health plans and benefits Help members locate providers and access services Resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills Document member interactions accurately Work with internal teams to address complex member issues Provide an outstanding customer experience on every interaction

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented and organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Insurance or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
