Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Commission Per Building Sold Job Type: Full-Time

About Us: At Roper Buildings, we specialize in constructing high-quality pole buildings and barns. We take pride in our craftsmanship, reliability, and dedication to helping our clients bring their projects to life. We are currently expanding and looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Southern Utah branch.

The Role: As a Sales Representative at Roper Buildings, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to build custom pole buildings and barns in the Southern Utah region. You will guide customers through the entire sales process—from initial inquiry and design consultation to finalizing the sale. If you have a passion for sales, a basic understanding of construction, and a drive to earn uncapped commissions, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and requests for quotes in a timely manner. Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs, evaluate their property requirements, and recommend the best building solutions. Prepare and present accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts. Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and close sales. Coordinate with the construction and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project execution. Represent Roper Buildings with the highest level of professionalism and industry knowledge.

Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales (experience in construction, real estate, or agricultural sales is a major plus).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage a busy sales pipeline independently. Ability to read basic blueprints, site plans, or learn estimating software is preferred. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Southern Utah territory as needed.

Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience. Lucrative commission structure paid out per building sold, offering excellent earning potential.
