The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, reviewing tax returns, preparring complex tax returns, and managing a book of business.
Responsibilities:
Perform tax research as necessary Prepare and review tax returns Train and develop staff Manage staff accountants and senior associates Manage a book of business (main point of contact for clients, billing, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance 5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience working for a small to mid-sized CPA firmCPA Required Strong communication and analytical skills
