Onsite Wellness Program Manager I

Health Fitness, a Trustmark company, seeks a Program Manager I - Fitness to lead an engaging onsite wellness program in Minneapolis. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with 40 hours and no weekends, delivering personal training, group fitness, and wellness initiatives to drive participation and measurable results. You will coach and develop a team of fitness professionals, use data to report outcomes, and ensure safety and quality standards at the site. CPR/First Aid required by start date.
