Enterprise Litigation Discovery Attorney — Plaintiff

The Advocates - Driggs, Bills & Day is seeking an experienced Enterprise Litigation Attorney to lead discovery and evidence development for the plaintiff‑side ELT. This role partners with the ELT first chair to build cases for resolution or trial across jurisdictions. You will own discovery plans, supervise depositions, resolve disputes, and ensure a complete trial‑ready record, all while coordinating with affiliate firms. Washington bar is required; other admissions may follow.
