Senior Counsel, Global Alliances – Aesthetics & Eye Care

Abb Vie is seeking a Senior Counsel, Global Alliances Legal for Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care. The role focuses on guiding strategic external collaborations from discovery through commercialization, with cross‑functional collaboration across R&D, strategy, business development and IP. The candidate will draft and negotiate advanced agreements, support due diligence and integration, and advise senior leadership on complex global partnerships, across Abb Vie's Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.
