Functional Solution Architect, Revenue Lifecycle
Location: Remote (US) | Type: Full Time | Experience: 6+ years
About the Role: We're hiring a Functional Solution Architect to own the business side of Salesforce revenue implementations: discovery, process design, and the solution decisions that determine whether quoting, contracting, and billing actually work once a client goes live. You'll typically carry one or two client engagements at a time. The firm is a fully remote Salesforce consulting partner that does one thing and does it well: revenue management for recurring-revenue and subscription businesses. Clients come to them when pricing models, renewals, and billing get complicated, and a lot of current work involves moving clients off legacy CPQ onto the newer revenue platform. If you're the person who asks the uncomfortable discovery question in week one so nobody has to rebuild in month four, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
  • Run discovery on how clients price, quote, contract, order, and bill, then turn it into process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Shape Revenue Cloud solution proposals and own the design decisions behind them
  • Define scope with the client product owner and project manager, and push back on scope creep before it becomes a change order
  • Map current-state CPQ processes and data to the future-state revenue model on migration projects
  • Lead sprint demos and final demos, and do your own QA instead of waiting for someone else to find the gaps
  • Explain design tradeoffs and timeline risks clearly to both executives and admins
  • Coach business analysts and newer consultants on the team
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years working in quote-to-cash: pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing, or renewals 6+ years on Salesforce implementations as a lead BA or business architect, with at least one full-lifecycle CPQ or Revenue Cloud project behind you
  • Salesforce Administrator certification, plus a CPQ or Revenue Cloud certification (or deep hands-on CPQ experience in its place)
  • Comfortable configuring Flows and working within Salesforce data models and platform limits
  • Day-to-day fluency with Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and Lucidchart
  • Organized, comfortable with data, and at home in agile delivery
Nice to have: B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga CLM or Composer, MuleSoft, revenue recognition tools, or NetSuiteWhy Join UsThis is a specialist shop, so you won't be pulled onto random Sales Cloud builds. Everyone around you knows revenue processes deeply, the team is fully remote, and there's real investment in certifications and growth toward architect roles. If you want your quote-to-cash expertise to be the center of the work rather than a side skill, this is a good place to put it. To apply, click Apply on LinkedIn and visit eliosai.com/browse-jobs
