  • Job Description Distribution Center Supervisor - Southwest Metro Atlanta (Direct Hire)
  • Innovative Resource Solutions is seeking a hands-on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a warehouse team at an established distribution operation in the South Fulton area.
  • Compensation & Schedule$69,000-$76,000 annual salary
  • First shift: 7:00 AM start, end time varies with business needs
  • Full benefits package
What You'll Do:
  • Lead a team of 15+ warehouse associates through receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Set daily priorities and keep the team on track against productivity, quality, and safety KPIsCoach, train, and hold team members accountable
  • Report operational results to leadership and help improve processes and procedures
  • Keep the facility safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant
  • Work closely with other departments to keep orders moving
  • What You Bring 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment 2+ years of supervising a team of 5 or more associates
  • Experience using ERP and WMS systems and working from reports to drive results
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Forklift certification, or the ability to become certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent
