The mission of the office is to deliver high-quality customer service to companies required to register with FMCSA to receive a USDOT, operating authority, or other FMCSA registration. Ensuring motor carriers, freight forwarders and brokers comply with FMCSA regulations including registration, financial responsibility filings, process agent designation, and fraud prevention requirements.
