Grants Coordinator (Consultant) - Remote, eGrAMS Specialist

DETROIT WAYNE Integrated HEALTH Network is seeking a Grants Coordinator (Consultant) to manage the full lifecycle of federal, state, and local grants, from opportunity identification to closeout. You will work with program, finance, compliance, quality, data, procurement, and external partners to ensure funded activities are implemented effectively. A key focus is administering MDHHS grants through the eGrAMS system, coordinating budgets, reporting, and compliance throughout grant periods.
