This position will be responsible for processing collateral and preparing daily funding requests for factoring clients. Job Functions Act as primary point of contact for the client and assess the client’s needs. Provide consistent, personalized service and proactive communication to enhance client retention and loyalty. Review invoice schedules for accuracy and completeness. Make outbound calls to clients as needed. Answer or route inbound calls to appropriate department or person. Purchase invoice schedules. Monitor invoice quality. Collaborate with inter-department on issues that arise with your book of clients. Other duties as assigned.
