Anchored Executive Search is helping one of our best clients find a rockstar Senior Executive Director for a beautiful CCRC near West Palm Beach, FL.A few highlights on the opportunity: A+ Senior Living Operator with just over 15 luxury CCRC's nationwide that have been successfully operating for close to 50 years now. This opportunity is located in beautiful Palm Beach County, Florida. The Continuing Care Retirement community has more than 300 total residents and we are really trying to focus on a Senior Executive Director candidate that has experience on the Independent Living side of the business as that's where most of the occupancy struggle is for the community. The community consists of 262 IL, 72 SNF, 48 AL, and 30 Memory Care beds The community here has an Executive Director and a Nursing Home Administrator (two separate people).The base salary is up too 245k base salary + annual bonus, great health insurance, retirement plan, and relocation assistance is provided of course.
