Real-Time Shuttle Dispatcher — GPS & Route Coordination

Mass Park Inc. is hiring a Shuttle Service Dispatcher in Syracuse, NY. This full-time, in-person role reports on shuttle operations to ensure safe, efficient, on-time transportation and excellent passenger service. The position requires coordinating drivers, ensuring uniforms and vehicles, and real-time monitoring of fleet locations. Shifts include 5am-1pm and 1pm-9pm, Monday–Friday with some flexibility for off-days and events.
