About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investor Relations and Communications to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive IR and communications strategy that effectively conveys the company's narrative to a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, analysts, media, and employees. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong financial and business acumen, capable of connecting the company's strategy, performance, and value creation story. The VP will serve as the primary contact for all IR activities, lead the quarterly earnings process, and ensure compliance with SEC requirements. Additionally, the role involves overseeing both internal and external communications, including media relations, crisis management, and showcasing the company's brands and sustainability efforts. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of leadership experience in relevant fields, with a preference for those holding advanced degrees such as an MBA, CFA, or CPA.
