Agronomy Sales Specialist

Agronomy Sales SpecialistAGRILAND FS looking for a person with a passion for farm gate agriculture to sale and advise on agronomy inputs. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customer's entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision farming. What we need from you: Minimum of a two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture related industry Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities Experience working hours beyond normal to meet and exceed the needs of a customer
