Senior Associate Attorney (Remote- CA Licensed) (Workers' Compensation) (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and support strong case outcomes and client service. Mentor attorneys and step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations. Foster a positive, collaborative culture and conduct client webinars.

Qualifications: JD and active California State Bar membership in good standing. 5-7 years of Workers' Compensation experience (Applicant & Defense mix preferred). Strong leadership, mentoring, and negotiation skills.
