Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Flexible Scheduling

Progressive Community Health Center in Milwaukee is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our onsite outpatient team. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families, building lasting relationships and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should be board-certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, hold an active WI license, and be committed to preventive care and community health.
