Line cook/ Prep cook

We are urgently hiring Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for our kitchen stall in the Dallas Farmer's Market. We are stepping into our first brick and mortar and are eager to create an efficient, energetic and strong opening team. Our concept highlights local produce and seasonality. We plan on serving fast casual items for the majority of the day, then transitioning to plated chef tasting menus during select evenings. If you want to get a feel for fine dining without the ego, this may be a great spot for you. Pay starts at $17/hour plus tip share.
