Environmental Director [NL-15117]

The Role: Develops and submits environmental permits, licenses, and regulatory applications and conduct facility audits and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Build and oversee a high-performing environmental team through talent acquisition, training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. Monitors regulatory developments, evaluates their impact on the business, and implements compliance programs, procedures, and processes to meet applicable environmental requirements. Collaborates effectively with agency representatives, business partners, consultants, and cross-functional teams to advance environmental objectives and compliance initiatives. The Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.12–15 years of experience managing environmental compliance programs, providing environmental consulting services, or an equivalent blend of education and relevant experience. Experience with air and stormwater regulations preferred. Proven experience leading and supervising an environmental team.
