True Pani Inc., an environmental consulting and communications firm, is seeking managing consultants to join a passionate team tacking water quality projects focused on reducing lead in drinking water.  The position is full-time and remote, but may include frequent travel. Experience working for or with a public water system required. Minimum four years experience. Candidates that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
Responsibilities: The individual in this role will work with the larger project management team to support a variety of clients and projects and work on new project proposals.  The majority of work for this role will be on projects within True Pani’s lead in drinking water project portfolio, specifically supporting water systems in achieving compliance with the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions. The managing consultant will work to manage projects, complete tasks (e.g., reporting, data management, project outreach), and anticipate future project needs, and will be accountable for producing a high-quality of work on time and within budget. Managing consultants will have the opportunity to interface with clients nationwide, and travel to site visits, client meetings, and conferences. Successful individuals in this role are highly motivated and able to work both within teams and independently. Candidates should be able to anticipate work that needs to be completed and be able to “wear many hats” by assisting with various duties across several projects.
Required Qualifications: ·      Degree in environmental science, civil or environmental engineering, or a related field·      Experience working for a public water system/utility/municipality; strong preference for candidates that have worked for or with public water systems on Lead and Copper Rule compliance or Lead and Copper Rule Revisions compliance·      Experience working on projects related to lead in drinking water·      Data collection, management, visualization, and reporting Skilled with Excel; preference for candidates with GIS and database experience·      Technical writing (grant/RFP) experience Must have a valid US driver's license, and an acceptable driving record for at least the past two years Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status).
