What You'll Do: As a Sparkle Squad technician, you'll work with our team at homes and businesses throughout the west metro. You'll:

Professionally clean residential and commercial windows
Perform gutter cleaning and exterior house washing services
Safely use ladders, water-fed poles, and professional cleaning equipment
Inspect your own work and correct anything that doesn't meet our standards
Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Communicate professionally with customers
Help teammates complete jobs safely and efficiently
Learn to anticipate what needs to happen next rather than always waiting for direction
Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record 21 years old
Comfortable working outdoors
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Able to perform physical work throughout the day
Dependable transportation to work
Ability to work professionally in and around customers' homes and businesses
Schedule & Job TypesFull-Time | Part-Time | Seasonal
