Other Management Consulting ServicesOffices of Certified Public AccountantsOther Scientific and Technical Consulting ServicesOur client is seeking external auditors in the DC Area (DC, Baltimore, Richmond) who are ready to take the next step in the career. If you have at have worked at least one busy season as a senior auditor in public accounting and are interested in a transition out of public, this role could be a good fit.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of accounting projects
- Help with 10-K and 10-QMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with month- and year-end close process of various companies
- Research and draft technical accounting memos (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting3 or more years of audit/accounting experience
- Public accounting audit experience is a mustCPA eligible or CPATeam player with effective written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
