Candidate Profile: JDfrom anABA-accredited law schoolwith anexcellent academic recordLaw Reviewand/orHonors requiredActive Bar AdmissioninCalifornia, in good standing (Will consider other bar admissions for seasoned candidates with extensive coverage experience) 3+ yearsof substantivelitigationexperience, with a focus on insurance coverage matters Experience analyzingcomplex insurance policies Ability to provide clearcoverage recommendations Demonstrated experience draftinglitigation-related documents Experience participating inlitigation proceedings, includingdepositionsandmediations, among others Familiarity with some or all of the following:bad faithinsurance claims, commercialgeneral liability , commercial property , errors & omissions, anddirectors & officers Exceptional legal research and writing skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Key Responsibilities: Analyzeinsurance policiesanddraftdetailedcoverage opinions Provide clearandactionable coverage recommendationsfor clients Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools Participateindepositions , hearings , mediations, andtrials Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation Engage in direct communication withdomesticandinternational insurers Collaborate with partners and team members toadvance case objectiveswith efficiency and precision

Annual Salary: Expected annual base salary range of$160,000–$275,000, as determined by experience and market factors Annual Performance-basedandMonthly Bonus (up to $2,000) Eligibility
