Site Operations Lead & Safety Champion

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to promote site safety, coordinate day-to-day field operations, and supervise subcontractors on multiple projects. The role requires planning, sequencing work, and procuring materials to keep projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff, produce detailed daily reports, and liaise with clients, vendors, inspectors, and design teams while upholding Webcor’s quality standards.
