Head of IT Infrastructure & Security

A well-established manufacturer in a regulated industry is hiring a hands-on IT leader to run infrastructure and security as one combined mandate. You'll keep production, quality, and commercial systems running, and build out the security posture protecting company data and compliance records. This is a working leadership seat, a small team, real budget authority, and enough technical depth to make architecture and risk calls yourself. What you'll own: Core IT infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, endpoints, and cloud, plus continuity planning A security program built around an established framework, with ongoing risk and incident management Extending security controls out to production/plant systems, not just the office network Access management, vendor and managed-service oversight What you bring (required):Solid, multi-year track record leading both IT operations and a security function together, not just one Experience in a regulated, compliance-heavy operating environment (manufacturing, life sciences, or similar) Hands-on knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and modern security practices Comfortable owning budget and managing outside vendors/providers Relocation support considered for strong candidates.
