We are seeking a skilled Painter to handle residential interiors and mixed painting projects across local job sites. Reporting to the Painting Supervisor, this role will deliver high-quality finishes through careful preparation, precise application, and thorough cleanup, with opportunities to advance to Lead Painter or Crew Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming.
Match colors and apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Complete detailed painting work and perform finish repairs.
Protect worksites, furnishings, fixtures, and surrounding areas during projects.
Clean and maintain painting equipment and work areas.
Handle painting materials safely and efficiently.
Follow workplace safety requirements, including ladder and scaffolding procedures.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of professional painting experience.
Experience with interior and exterior painting.
Proficiency in surface preparation, brush and roller techniques, and spray painting.
Knowledge of ladder and scaffolding safety and workplace safety practices.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
