Procurement & Commercial Counsel (Mid-Level)

Arvato is seeking a mid-level corporate attorney (2–7 years) to join its Legal Department in Memphis (or Boston, New York, Louisville). The role focuses on procurement and commercial contracting, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor and supplier agreements while coordinating with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to manage risk. The attorney may also support related employment, compliance, and policy matters and assist with contract templates and internal guidelines.
