Qualifications:
  • MD or DOBoard Certified/Board Eligible inFamily Medicineor
  • Internal Medicine
  • Minimum 5 years of primary care experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Active Hawaii medical license or eligibility to obtain oneFQHC or Community Health experience is a plus
