Associate Attorney - Real Estate and Civil Litigation

Duties: Manage litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution. Communicate directly with clients and provide practical guidance. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement documents. Take and defend depositions; appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Collaborate with attorneys and staff on strategy, deadlines, and client service.

Requirements: Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona. At least two years of civil litigation experience preferred; real estate or business litigation experience is preferred. Ability to manage matters, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment. Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, organizational, and client-communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
