Position Summary: The above substitute Educational interpreters' positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) certification required
  • Fingerprinting is required for criminal history background clearance
  • Required physical and drug test offered free of charge
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • See attached Job Description
  • Technology Skills: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System.
  • Evaluation of Performance: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy.
  • Terms of Employment: Per diem pay
