Requirements:
Valid NYC Department of Buildings Superintendent License
Minimum 8 years of experience in general construction
Proven leadership on mid-to-large scale government or public sector projects, especially with:
- NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA) -REQUIREDDepartment of Environmental Protection (DEP)-REQUIREDExperience managing multi-trade job sites, coordinating inspections, and ensuring agency compliance
- Strong knowledge of NYC DOB codes, site safety protocols, and scheduling
- Ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and maintain agency communication and documentation
- Salary up to $175k including medical/dental insurance
