Conduct regular feedback sessions and coaching to enhance team culture and individual developmentRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred; state licensure or registration required where applicable
3+ years of experience in a healthcare contact center, retail pharmacy, or pharmacy operations setting
Experience leading teams of pharmacy technicians preferred
Strong understanding of pharmacy claims processing and industry terminology
