Key responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of team management, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee recognition
Provide timely communication to departmental leaders regarding revenue risks and participate in process design to mitigate these risks
Monitor productivity and compliance of authorization staff, ensuring timely processing of accounts and identifying opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Five years of experience in healthcare accounts receivables management, billing, and collections
Two years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements
Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to interpret information in medical records
