Global Payroll Tax Lead & Compliance Strategist

Databricks is seeking a Payroll Tax Manager to serve as the internal expert on payroll tax, advising payroll, equity, HR, and accounting teams on regulatory changes and policy. You will lead payroll tax audits, ensure accurate reporting, and help minimize risk across global operations. The role requires 5+ years in payroll tax and strong knowledge of US and international payroll regulations; experience with SAP, Netsuite, or Workday is preferred and automation/AI tools are a plus.
