Investment Analyst

About the Role: We are a family office that invests in long-term compounders: high-quality public companies with durable competitive advantages, aligned management, attractive reinvestment opportunities, and the ability to compound intrinsic value over many years. We are looking to add an Investment Analyst to the team, ideally with approximately 2-4 years of experience conducting fundamental research on publicly traded companies. We increasingly use Python, LLMs and other AI tools to enhance and accelerate the investment research process. The ideal candidate combines strong fundamental investing skills with hands-on experience using Python or AI-assisted coding for data collection, automation, and investment-research workflow. This role is well suited for someone early in their investing career who has “caught the investing bug”. We value independent thinking, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm for discovering exceptional businesses across industries and geographies.
