PTA Physical Therapist Assistant — Flexible Schedule & Growth

Bridgeway Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Therapy Team. You will provide therapy services to residents under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and help develop treatment plans to support patient growth and daily living activities. Responsibilities include conducting screenings, administering individualized and group treatments, and maintaining CMS-compliant documentation in the EMR system.
