  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC Production Planning
  • Strong expertise in: Work Centers Bills of Materials (BoM) Routings Production Order Execution
  • PCS (Production Control & Scheduling)
  • MBoM, Routing & Shop Floor Execution SAP Best Practices
  • Requirements gathering with business process owners
  • Workshop planning & execution (System Demos / Presentation Decks)
  • Configuration, Documentation & Functional Specifications
  • Process Flows & Key Decision Documentation
  • Authorization & Security
  • Test Planning (Standard & Custom Objects)
  • Change Management & Reporting
  • SAP S/4HANA experience required
  • Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience preferredšŸ”¹ Functional Expertise:
  • Material Master ā€“ Classification, MRP, Scheduling & Costing views
  • Work Centers, BoMs & Routings ā€“ Revision & ECM
  • Production Order Lifecycle: Creation ā†’ Confirmation ā†’ Goods Receipt
  • Collective Orders for MTS & MTO with WBS
  • External Processing with Subcontracting
  • Production Order Kitting
  • Goods Issues/Reversals (Batch Managed)
  • Rework & Production Order Splitting
  • Availability Checking & Shortage Reporting
  • Integration with PLM & MES systems
  • Functional Specification Authoringā­ Nice to Have:
  • Parameter Effectivity (PLM & MES integration) ā€“ training can be provided
