What you'll need:
A great attitude and willingness to learn Customer-focus and attention to detail Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and comfort navigating multiple computer applications during your dayA quiet home working environment with hardwired, high-speed internet and a Windows 10 or newer PC (8GB RAM+).The right tech: 2 monitors, webcam, USB wired headset, wired mouse What you'll learn in training: How to handle inbound and outbound phone calls, focusing on providing a great customer/donor experience.
