Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dependable Production Associateto join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate molding machines, assemble parts, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Operate molding and production equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect, trim, and assemble molded parts according to specifications. Performquality checksto ensure all products meet company standards. Package and label finished parts for shipment. Maintain aclean and organized work areaand follow all safety protocols. Assist with material changes, basic maintenance, or machine adjustments as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience inproduction, assembly, molding, or manufacturingpreferred (training available). Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strongattention to detailand commitment to product quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools. Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
