Manufacturing Engineering Intern - Hands-On Co-op

Shape offers Engineering Intern/Co-op openings for Summer 2027. The program provides hands-on experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment, with exposure to real-world projects and cross-functional collaboration. As an intern you will design tools and fixtures, support production troubleshooting, create operator instructions, and learn Shape’s development processes including SPMP, enterProj, Plex, Smartsheet, GD&T, and Teamcenter.
