Position Summary: The Front Desk Associate is the first impression of Pickle Rage. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing check-ins, handling memberships and reservations, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed, valued, and like a member of our community. This is a part-time position with potential for growth as the facility expands.

Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Manage court reservations, member check-ins, and program registrations Process payments for memberships, retail, events, and food & beverage (if applicable)Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Assist with league nights, tournaments, and special events Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Promote memberships, clinics, and upcoming programs Support management with daily operational tasks

Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred (hospitality, fitness, retail, or sports facilities a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using POS systems and booking software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Availability for evenings and weekends Pickleball experience is a plus but not required
