Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team serving children and families in Lakewood and Centennial, Colorado. This position provides an opportunity to practice behavior analysis in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment focused on individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. The ideal candidate will value trauma-assumed, play-based, naturalistic ABA and enjoy working collaboratively with families and other pediatric therapy professionals. Candidates only need to apply once and may be considered for both locations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments. Develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans. Create programming based on each child's strengths, needs, goals, communication, and learning style. Provide trauma-assumed, play-based, and naturalistic ABA services. Monitor client progress and make data-informed clinical decisions. Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates. Provide regular verbal and written feedback to team members. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. Partner with parents and caregivers through ongoing education, training, and collaborative goal development. Conduct treatment-integrity monitoring and support consistent implementation of treatment programs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress records. Manage a flexible schedule while supporting client needs and sustainable work-life balance. Contribute ideas and clinical expertise to the continued development of the ABA program.
Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Ability to meet applicable Colorado professional requirements. Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills. Experience developing and implementing individualized ABA programs. Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making abilities. Ability to supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. Preferred Pediatric ABA experience. Experience working in a center-based environment. Experience mentoring RBTs or BCBA candidates. Experience with play-based, naturalistic, or strengths-based ABA.Experience collaborating with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy professionals.
