CNC Machinist

Key Responsibilities: Setup & Operation: Perform efficient setup and operation of CNC machines, ensuring all parts meet stringent quality standards. Programming: Utilize a range of programming methods, including MDI, G-Code editing, and CAM software to create and optimize machining processes. Quality Control: Interpret complex engineering blueprints and apply GD&T knowledge to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications. Process Improvement: identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in machining processes, work holding, and tooling selection to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams as a goal-oriented team player to meet production targets. Required Skills & Attributes:

Experience: Proven experience in CNC setup and programming; manual machining experience is a strong asset. Initiative: A proactive desire to invest in personal tools and professional growth.
