Automotive Title Clerk

Key responsibilities include: Prepare and process title documents for new and used vehicles, wholesale deals, and lease payoffs Submit required forms to the DMV and follow up on title issues or discrepancies Maintain accurate records of all title work and vehicle inventory Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and state agencies as needed Stay updated on state regulations regarding titling and registration Assist with other office duties as needed

Requirements: Prior experience as a Title Clerk in a dealership or similar setting preferred Strong knowledge of state DMV title regulations and documentation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Great Lakes Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
