Supreme Court Judicial Law Clerk: Draft Merit Opinions

Supreme Court of Ohio Justice Megan E. Shanahan is accepting applications for the position of Judicial Law Clerk in her chambers. This role begins September 2026 and involves assessing diverse motions and memoranda, researching issues, and drafting initial merit opinions under direct supervision. Ideal candidates are law school graduates in good standing with excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication abilities; prior appellate clerkship is preferred.
