The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Attorney to join the leadership team as a Non-Equity Partner. This is a true "send-and-delete" seat: you will be handed established client relationships and substantial matters from day one. You will advise founders, executive teams, and in-house counsel on fast-moving, innovative regulatory matters without having to push papers through layers of bureaucracy or senior partner supervision.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary outside regulatory counsel to venture-backed telehealth, GLP-1/longevity platforms, digital health apps, and medical AI innovators. Counsel clients on complex state and federal healthcare issues, including Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM), multi-state provider networks, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), and HIPAA/HITECH.Navigate novel, first-of-their-kind regulatory challenges in Health AI (autonomous diagnostic and clinical workflows).Lead client communications, manage matters end-to-end, and collaborate with a lean, highly capable national team.

Candidate Qualifications: 10+ years of legal practice, with deep, substantive expertise in healthcare regulatory law. Firm Pedigree: Significant foundational training at a national healthcare practice (AmLaw / Big Law) or recognized healthcare boutique. Prior in-house digital health experience paired with firm background is highly valued. Autonomous Leadership: Demonstrated ability to independently own and manage client accounts end-to-end with high executive presence and poise. Tech-Literate & Agile: Comfortable operating in a modern, streamlined environment (handling your own redlining and modern legal tech tools).
