Duties:
Draft estate plan documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Assist with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters.

Manage client files efficiently.
Requirements:
9 years of law firm experience in estate planning or tax practice.
Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
Accurate and strong attention to detail.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters.
Superior academic credentials.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications:
Admitted to and a member in good standing of the VA Bar.
