Physicians will work alongside tenured colleagues while benefiting from a two-year shareholder track with equal-share ownership.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general otolaryngology care (primarily adult patients)
Perform ear surgery
Participate in shared, practice-only call rotation (1:7)
Collaborate closely with long-standing ENT colleagues
Contribute to a collegial, physician-led care environment
Pursue leadership opportunities within the medical group, if desired
Compensation
18-month guaranteed salary: $549,601
Productivity-based WRVU model beginning month 19
