Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM MST

Location: Remote opportunity available for residents of Colorado, Montana, Texas, Kansas, or Wyoming Training: Paid 3-week training program delivered remotely or in-office, plus a mandatory one-day orientation at our Denver/Aurora office

Responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound phone interactions Assisting patients and families with questions regarding healthcare balances and billing Working collaboratively with patients to create affordable payment solutions, including payment plans and settlements Processing credit card and ACH payments securely over the phone Accurately documenting account activity and customer interactions Following all applicable federal and state regulations while ensuring consumers understand their rights Meeting performance goals while maintaining a patient-focused approach Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong communication and customer service skillsA professional and empathetic phone presence Problem-solving and negotiation abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn and adhere to regulatory requirements Motivation to achieve performance and commission goals If you're looking for a stable, growing company where you can help people, earn competitive pay plus uncapped commissions, and build a long-term career, apply today and become part of the Revenue Enterprises family. Prior Collections experience handling delinquent accounts Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)Authorization to work in the USHigh school diploma or GEDAdvanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus!
