First Electronic Bank (FEB) seeks an experienced attorney to provide regulatory and compliance guidance for its deposit and lending products. The role requires deep knowledge of financial-services regulations, reviewing new products, and coordinating with outside counsel. You’ll advise on consumer protection, deposits, lending, and loan servicing; support legal strategy; and assume responsibility for assigned programs and partnerships. Utah bar admission is required.
